Received 0 Likes on 0 Posts. there are only about 4 screws to remove. but you also need to pull off the grill from your speaker and remove it and the speaker. there is a lil tab behind the handle with 2 screws. then just pull the panel to you and then pull up. just be careful with the handle you have to snake it throught the hole. Background: I'm aware door alignment has been an issue on F-150s for quite awhile, and the panel stamping of aluminum makes the problem even harder. There are several threads on this and other forums on this topic. It is desirable to have the leading panel sit slightly proud of the panel behind it to minimize wind noise, which makes sense.They make removal tools, but I have used a screwdriver and gently pryed right by the clips. Slowly work your way around the door. I just took a piece of 1/8th" or 3/16" 1" wide and about 6"long, cut a v 1/2" deep in the middle. Then just slide behind the panel and pry out.
